GREAT AUSTRALIAN BIGHT. AUSTRALIA-SOUTHEAST COAST. DNC 05. EIGHT BUOYS, YELLOW, FL Y 3 SEC, ESTABLISHED IN 38-53.5S 142-52.9E. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
