F/V REBECA IV, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 18-10-30S 075-49-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
