EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL IN VICINITY 03-36N 082-44W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
