EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. COLOMBIA. F/V EL SENOR ES MI PASTOR III, WHITE AND YELLOW HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY 02-07-09N 079-48-54W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
