EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. VESSEL, BLUE HULL WITH WHITE TRIM, PARTIALLY SUBMERGED AND ADRIFT IN 06-00N 084-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ALAMEDA, TELEX: 230172343, PHONE: 510 437 3701, E-MAIL: RCCALAMEDA1@USCG.MIL.
