1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 17 DEC
   BY CABLESHIP LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY
   29-18N 067-58W, 29-28N 068-02W,
   29-51N 066-58W, 29-40N 066-53W.
   ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
