GULF OF MEXICO. 1. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 03 JAN 18 BY M/V OCEANIC VEGA TOWING 12 9150 METER LONG CABLES IN AREA BOUND BY 25-49.69N 095-16.63W, 25-35.22N 095-20.70W, 25-55.29N 095-26.86W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 1138/17. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 04 JAN 18.
