NORTH ATLANTIC. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL, IN AREA WITHIN 50 MILES OF 23-45-16N 035-19-36W ON 26 FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH.
