WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 16. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 20-46.10N 058-55.50W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, EMAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
