WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. MASSACHUSETTS. F/V EXPLORER IV DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 42-50.14N 069-20.02W AT 131450Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC BOSTON, PHONE: 617 223 8555, E-MAIL: RCCBOSTON@USCG.MIL.
