NORTH ATLANTIC. 1. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL, IN VICINITY 24-24N 040-36W AT 060930Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 157/19.
