GULF OF MEXICO. FLORIDA. MULTIPLE RED FLARES SIGHTED IN 28-39N 084-29W AT 080432Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NEW ORLEANS, PHONE: 855 485 3727, FAX: 504 589 2148, E-MAIL: D8COMMANDCENTER@USCG.MIL.
