ICE CONTROL ZONE TANGO (T) HAS BEEN FULLY ACTIVATED
AND DECLARED IN FORCE BY CANADIAN AUTHORITIES.
ALL LADEN OIL TANKERS AND SHIPS CARRYING CHEMICALS IN
BULK SHOULD COMPLY WITH TRANSPORT CANADA'S TP 15163.
