WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC.
1. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING
   THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL,
   IN VICINITY 22-30.7N 045-31.5W AT 220930Z MAR.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 228/19.
