3. SEA ICE LIMIT:
   A. 49-35N 054-30W, 51-30N 054-30W, 51-35N 055-25W.
   B. 52-05N 055-40W, 52-00N 053-00W, 53-00N 051-00W,
      55-00N 051-00W, 58-00N 057-00W, 62-00N 059-15W,
