WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC.
1. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING
   THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL,
   IN VICINITY 21-44.34N 061-28.50W AT 281030Z APR.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 359/19.
