WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. VIRGINIA. 1. DERELICT 200 FOOT BARGE AND TUG ADRIFT IN VICINITY 37-48.40N 074-29.80W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT. REPORTS TO USCG FIFTH DISTRICT COMMAND CENTER, PHONE: 757 398 6390. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 180609Z JAN 23.
