WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA SAILING VESSEL ADRIFT IN 12-14.35N 078-42.98W AT 031600Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
