1. M/V SAINT PROVIDENCE FLOODING IN ENGINE ROOM.
   LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 12-01-01N 076-43-11W.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO BARRANQUILLA PORT CAPTAIN OR
   REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 677/21.
