EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. ST. KITTS AND NEVIS. 1. HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEY IN PROGRESS UNTIL 12 NOV IN AREA BOUND BY 17-17-36N 062-44-38W, 17-16-45N 062-44-38W, 17-15-04N 062-43-20W, 17-15-04N 062-41-39W, 17-16-58N 062-41-39W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 13 NOV 16.
