TROPICAL DEPRESSION NINETEEN-E (EP192026).
1. CENTER NEAR 14.400N 131.600W AT 291500Z SEP 26, MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS 30 KT, MINIMUM PRESSURE 1004 MB, MOVING 90 DEGREES AT 9 KT. ADVISORY 001.
2. FORECAST CONE OF UNCERTAINTY FROM ADVISORY 1 SHOWN. THE CONE IS AN EXPERIMENTAL KML PRODUCT OF THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER.
