1. On November 2, 2015, the USCG Sector New Orleans Notified the NOAA SSC about an spill of approximately 1 bbl of crude oil into Bayo Perot due to the failure of the packing of a crown valve on a well head. The spill was contained by previous deployed boom.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: CRUDE OIL, NATURAL GAS CONDENSATE, PRODUCED WATER. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 42 GALLONS.
