The operation or danger has no scheduled end; the warning stays in force until a later message cancels it.
"UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE" means the issuer did not know, or did not publish, an end date. The warning carries no self-cancellation time and remains in force until the coordinator cancels it.
