PRACTICE MINEFIELD ESTABLISHED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE IN AREA BOUND BY 24-54N 54-24E, 24-54N 54-30E, 24-47N 54-27E, 24-47N 54-23E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
