KARA SEA. RUSSIA. DNC 22. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V MARINESKO IN AREA BOUND BY 71-57.18N 072-31.33E, 71-57.03N 072-40.40E, 71-51.30N 072-40.05E, 71-51.02N 072-22.72E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
