SEISMIC SURVEY 01 SEP UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V NIKOLAY TRUBYATCHINSKY TOWING 8100 METER LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 79-45.0N 152-40.9E, 80-18.9N 165-59.4E, 80-21.6N 167-17.2E, 78-00.8N 168-33.5E, 76-41.4N 168-46.1E, 76-42.4N 158-15.3E. EIGHT MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
