EAST SIBERIAN SEA. LAPTEV SEA. RUSSIA. DNC 27. SIX METER VESSEL, WHITE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED NIZHNEYANSK (71-26.00N 136-04.00E) TO BOLSHOY LYAKHOVSKY ISLAND (73-30.00N 142-00.00E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC RIKSI, PHONE: 841 1672 8424, 892 4665 8864.
