ARCTIC. CANADA-NORTHEAST COAST. LANCASTER SOUND. DNC 28. 23 FOOT VESSEL, WHITE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE TO ARCTIC BAY (73-02-11N 085-09-09W). LAST KNOWN POSITION STRATHCONA SOUND (73-05-05N 084-32-58W) AT 032130Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC TRENTON, TELEX: 210662282, PHONE: 613 965 3870, FAX: 613 965 7190 OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
