   IN 00-19.8N 008-54.6E. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO MRCC GRIZ NEZ.

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
