IRISH SEA. ENGLAND. DNC 20. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V SW BLY TOWING FOUR 2300 METER LONG CABLES, MARKED BY YELLOW BUOYS, IN AREA BOUND BY 53-42N 003-36W, 53-42N 003-15W, 53-38N 003-15W, 53-35N 003-23W, 53-35N 003-36W. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
