EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. ANGOLA. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V BAR PROTECTOR IN AREA BOUND BY 11-04.0S 006-16.3E, 11-05.3S 006-27.6E, 11-09.1S 006-21.1E, 11-15.9S 006-10.6E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
