EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. NAMIBIA. DNC 01. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V THE EXPLORER IN AREA BOUND BY 26-37S 015-01.3E, 26-37S 015-03.3E, 26-40S 015-03.3E, 26-40S 015-01.3E. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
