NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 08. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 36-36.87N 040-06.93W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK, PHONE: 757 398 6231, FAX: 757 398 6392, EMAIL: RCCNORFOLK@USCG.MIL.
