NORTH ATLANTIC. WEST INDIES TO PORTUGAL. S/V LADY DOMINA, BLUE AND WHITE HULL, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE SAINT MARTIN (18-04N 063-03W) TO GRENADA (12-03N 061-45W) OR PORTUGAL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
