MEDITERRANEAN SEA. STRAIT OF SICILY. VESSEL, 250 PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 37-04N 011-46E AT 131210Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
