MEDITERRANEAN SEA. FRANCE TO CROATIA. 11 METER S/V FRAHEP III, WHITE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE PORQUEROLLES ISLAND (43-00N 006-13E) TO CROATIA.
