ENGLISH CHANNEL. DNC 20. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V ICEBEAM IN AREA BOUND BY 49-36.5N 003-26.5W, 49-50.8N 003-26.5W, 50-08.7N 002-28.2W, 50-03.5N 002-26.1W, 49-57.8N 002-48.5W, 49-46.4N 002-56.6W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
