EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. LIBYA. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP RENE DESCARTES WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN AREA BETWEEN 32-39N 32-43N AND 014-18E 014-30E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 101/13.
