KERCH STRAIT. 1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY: A. M/V IRBEN IN 45-19.20N 036-29.60E. B. M/V SIDON IN 45-17.99N 036-30.86E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 1429/14.
