EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. SAINT LUCIA. 23 FOOT F/V C'EST LA VIE, BLUE HULL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE SAINT LUCIA AND RETURN. - Persons on board (POB)
