ENGLISH CHANNEL. GUERNSEY. DNC 20. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP PIERRE DE FERMAT IN AREA BOUND BY 49-51.20N 002-56.50W, 49-52.10N 002-54.00W, 49-47.40N 002-48.50W, 49-46.40N 002-51.00W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
