DNC 08. 7.5 METER S/V SYLPHE, WHITE AND BLUE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE MARTIGUES FRANCE (43-23.52N 004-58.70E) TO MOROCCO (35-09.96N 002-51.26W).
