1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL
   FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V IRBEN AND M/V SIDON
   WITHIN THREE MILES OF 45-18.66N 036-30.31E.
   WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 1517/14.
