BRAZIL-SOUTHEAST COAST. M/V OCEAN PRINCE REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 25-03S 042-18W AT 211920Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO VESSEL OR ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
