WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL. DNC 01. M/V BP TORNADO V, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 23-00.98S 041-59.85W ON 12 NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
