WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 20-59.4N 049-47.9W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, 787 729 7778, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
