1. S/V EXPERIENCE SANK.
   TWO PERSONS OVERBOARD, ONE PERSON IN LIFERAFT,
   ORANGE AND BLACK, IN 18-59.65N 051-04.98W.

Reading this warning

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart): A reference to one of the regions of NGA's Digital Nautical Chart, used to tell the reader which charts a warning affects.
Man overboard: Someone has gone into the water from a vessel; ships in the area are asked to look for them.
