WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. 39 FOOT S/V ELUSIVE, BLUE HULL, DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 38-08.4N 073-07.9W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK, PHONE: 757 398 6390, OR NEAREST COAST GUARD UNIT.
