SCOTLAND-EAST COAST. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V OCEAN DISCOVERY WITHIN 4.5 MILES OF 56-16N 002-15W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
