BRAZIL-NORTH COAST. F/V TALITA, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED VICINITY 01-00S 043-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
